• Hockey Team Reach National Finals!

  Congratulations to the year 5/6 Hockey Team, who won their tournament at Thornden School to qualify for the National Finals!!! The team will represent Eastleigh and Winchester at the finals. Well done to all the players!! :)

  

• Year 2 Football Festival

  Well done to our Year 2 Footballers, who took part in a football festival at Sherborne House School. They played 6 matches and were unbeaten throughout the tournament! It was a great afternoon with the boys showing what fantastic footballers they are, and with great sportsmanship throughout! A special mention to Drew who won the ' Best Tenacity' award for his goalkeeping!

• Girls Football Reach Final!

  Well done to Cherbourg's Girls Football Team, who reached the final of the Eastleigh and Winchester football tournament at Toynbee School. The girls were unbeaten in the group stages, winning 5 and drawing 1. The girls played so well and narrowly lost the final 1-0. Well done to all the girls involved! :)

  

• Year 3/4 Basketball Team Win Tournament!

  A massive well done to the Year 3/4 Basketball Team who went to Peter Symonds College and participated in lots of skills training and then a round-robin tournament. Cherbourg was announced the Winners of the Basketball Tournament!! Well done Team Cherbourg!! :)

  A big well done to our Year 5 sports leaders, who attended a Sports Leadership Training evening at Kings School. The Sports Leaders were absolutely awesome at the event and gained some extra leadership knowledge and skills! Well done :)

  

• Cherbourg's Football Stars!

  Congratulations to the year 5/6 football team, who played Norwood Primary School this week and won 10-1. Great sportsmanship and teamwork was shown throughout with some fantastic football being played as well. Big shout out to Albie who offered to play for Norwood to help them out!

• Eastleigh and Winchester Basketball Champions!

  CONGRATULATIONS!!! to the year 5/6 basketball team, who became champions of Eastleigh and Winchester, and will go onto represent the area in the regional finals in April!
