• School Games Finals for the Netball and Hockey Teams

  Well done to the Year 5/6 Netball and Hockey teams, who represented Eastleigh at the school games finals today. Both teams played with resilience and teamwork throughout the tournament and made Cherbourg proud. Big shoutout to the Hockey team who finished 3rd in the tournament, which is an amazing achievement! Well Done Team Cherbourg!!!

  

• Netball Tournament Success!

  A massive well done to our year 6 netball team who played in their first ever netball tournament at Kings School. The boys and girls played amazingly well and made it all the way through to the final, where they lost to St Faiths. This means that the team have qualified for the Hampshire School Games Finals!!! Well done Team Cherbourg!

  

• 10 Star Performace from the Girls!

  The year 5/6 girls football team continued their winning moment after last weeks Hampshire School Games success, by beating Knightwood 10-1. The girls played some awesome football and worked so hard throughout. Goal scorers: Tarleigh (4) Maelys (4) and Harriet (2)

  

• Dodgeball Tournament

  Well done to the year 6 dodgeball team who played in the first ever Hampshire Dodgeball Championships! The team played with resilience and team work throughout. The team came 4th overall, and had a great day! 

  

• Girls come 2nd in Hampshire!!!

  A massive well done to our Year 5/6 girls football team, who played at the Hampshire School Games tournament today, representing Eastleigh. The girls did amazing in the tournament and came 2nd overall! They narrowly lost the final 1-0 but secured themselves 2nd place in Hampshire! What an outstanding achievement from the girls! Well done girls!!! 🤩⚽️

  

• Goals Galore in Boys Football Match

  Well done to the Year 5/6 Boys Football team who beat Knightwood Primary 8-2 in todays league match. The boys played an unbelievable game with their work rate and team work shining through. Goals from; Alfie, Egit, Oakley, Raphs (2), Jack (2) and our Keeper George 🤩. Great work Boys!

  

• Girls Football Team at the Premier League Finals!

  Well done to the Year 5/6 Girls football team, who played in the Premier League Finals, after qualifying at Goals last week. The girls played really well and managed to get all the way to the Semi-Finals! The only teams the girls didn’t win against was the 2 in the final! Special mention to Brooke who was outstanding in goal today and pulled off some unbelievable saves! Amazing team work girls! Go team Cherbourg! 

  

• Boys and Girls Football Team

  Well done to the Boys and Girls football teams who played Hiltingbury Junior School this week in the Eastleigh and Winchester Football League. The boys narrowly lost 2-1 with Egit scoring the goal. The Girls won 3-1 with 2 goals from Maelys and an unreal goal from Meme! Well done to both teams!
