Mazurek 4P

Welcome to Mazurek Class

Read more about how we became Mazurek class

The ship ‘Mazurek’ was chosen by Year 2. The ship was sailed by a polish sailor called Krystyna Chojnowska-Liskiewicz. She sailed single-handedly around the world.

We admired her independence and her determination to prove people wrong. She showed resilience, courage, bravery and strength to take on a challenge on her own.

We also liked that she came from the same country as some children in our class.
