Vacancy – KS2 Teacher from September 2019


Full-Time Role

Cherbourg Primary School are looking for a teacher with excellent skills, an aptitude for enhancing every child’s learning and a commitment to a creative curriculum. We would particularly welcome applications from teachers who are experienced in upper KS2 in particular. You will need to be a qualified teacher who has a real skill for planning and designing tasks which capture children’s imaginations. We expect all our staff to ensure that all children engage with the learning of the classroom and make progress in their skills and understanding, seeking opportunities for children to work at greater depth where possible.

They share a passionate commitment to the inclusive ethos of Cherbourg Primary School.’ We are looking to appoint teachers who share that ethos and are keen to use or develop their skills to teach pupils with a range of needs and abilities across all subjects. We are proud of our provision for pupils with social, emotional and mental health needs and all our classes have the resources to manage pupils with high-level special education or additional needs. You will be well supported to develop your skills to meet the needs of the pupils in your class.
